The Wills for Heroes Foundation works nationwide with affiliate organizations to provide free wills and other estate planning documents to America’s heroes which includes police officers, firefighters, EMTs/paramedics, correctional officers, veterans, and spouses of the above. Every participating hero will have the opportunity to meet individually with a licensed attorney & have a Last Will & Testament, a Healthcare Power of Attorney, and a Declaration/Living Will drafted on his/her behalf without charge!
